Congratulations Kevin and Melissa

Kevin and Melissa had a beautiful wedding at all Faith's Chapel on the KSU campus and the reception following at the Alumni center. The locations were perfect for two people who are such big parts of the KSU community! I don't have any pics of the wedding location because Kevin and Melissa were kind enough to ask me to be one of the readers in the wedding and Scott was a groomsman. They also asked me to light candles (quit laughing - I didn't set ANYTHING on fire that I wasn't supposed to).

Dr. and Mrs. Kevin and Melissa Wanklyn making their grand
entrance to the ballroom.

This was part of Kevin's toast for Melissa. He wrote her a book and projected it and read it at the reception. All of the guys decided it was a good thing they were already married - otherwise Kevin set the bar pretty high. :)

Craig (Kevin's brother) making his toast. It was hilarious and touching all at the same time. A great toast.

Kevin and Melissa cutting their cake.

Gretchen and I - it was great to see and catch up with so many friends at the wedding!

Karsten and Kevin saying cheese.

Karsten didn't want to miss any of the activities so this was one of his few catnaps.

Check out the limestone "Wanklyn" rock at the bottom of the table. Kevin's brother Craig carved Wanklyn into the rock!

Scott and I on the huge wooden staircase in the alumni center.

We were so excited to catch up with Becky and Norby and their girls. Anna loved to play peek a boo with Karsten and she could really get him laughing.

Kevin and Craig getting everything set up for Kevin's toast.

Kevin and Melissa's first dance - it was AMAZING! They've obviously taken dance lessons and it was so much fun to watch!

Beautiful pic on the staircase. Didn't Melissa look gorgeous! Yes, Kevin - you looked handsome too. If I didn't say something I would surely have a comment about that. :)

The big exit - it was super cold outside and all of the guests had purple sparklers. Unfortunately the sparklers made a lot of smoke in the cold cold air.
