Luckily, most of the animals were in a very heavily treed (aka shady) area so it didn't feel so hot out! We saw turkeys, bunnies, ducks, pigs, and Karsten's favorite....the baby goats. He was timid feeding them at first, then he got more comfortable and would let them take the food right out of his hand.
We also saw a buffalo, a longhorn bull and some horses. Karsten pointed to each of them and said 'want on'. I don't know why he wanted to ride all of the animals; however, he says that each time we drive by the horses that live up the street from us.

Then we headed over to the dairy barn to see if they were milking the cow - no luck, we missed that. Karsten had a good time ringing the cow bell around this statue's neck.

Then he realized that his hands were dirty - he is not a fan of being dirty. He kept saying 'mommy, dirty hands'.

I decided we should stop for frozen yogurt on the way home since it was so hot outside. Who cares that it was almost lunch time - we could have lunch when we got home. :)
