Once I made the decision to get his hair cut, I was ready - I wanted to do it soon before I changed my mind. So, I made appointments for both boys to get a haircut at Sheer Madness after swim lessons. Sheer Madness is a salon tailored to kids - there are TVs at every station, the kids can sit in a variety of different cars that are actually the chairs.
Kinda tired after watching Karsten swim - do we really have to do this, Mom?
Showing off the before look with long bangs and sideburns.
Awww - it's a little blurry but I couldn't resist sharing it.
He wasn't so sure about this whole haircut thing. He didn't like holding still and he kept trying to watch the scissors as they got close to him.
Whatever you do, don't say that he looks like a big boy. Don't. do. it. I'm in denial. She just trimmed off the sideburns and the bangs. She asked if I wanted her to shape it but warned that it would look like a little boy cut. Nope, not ready for that yet!
Karsten found a toy to play with during Liam's haircut. He was just glad his haircut was over...and that he got to eat Liam's sucker since 'him no have enough teeth'.
The after picture. His cowlick is making it look crazy in this pic - she really didn't cut them crooked.
Such a happy little guy!
