Relaxing Saturday

The layer of ice plus a thin layer of snow was a perfect reason to hibernate at home today.  We did some cleaning, watched some tv, played and had fun together.

Liam was covering Scott up to go to sleep.

Then he covered himself up and laid down.

Liam was making the faces that the Disney characters in the book were making.  Scott would point out a character and he would mimic the face.  It was pretty darn funny.

Gail got this aquadoodle for Karsten a few years ago and it continues to be a favorite toy for the boys.  Liam will get the yellow water container and say 'painnn, painnnn, painnn'.  He's talking more but ending consonants (like the t on the end of paint) continue to plague him.

The boys got out their pillows and stuffed animal from Disney along with their blankets.  Then then tucked their babies (aka Mickey and Donald) into bed with their blankies.  Then, they decided to tuck themselves into bed with the blankies.

It was fun to see how one of them would get an idea of what to play, then the other would build on it with their own idea.

I tried to take a picture of Liam similar to the one of Karsten above, but all of a sudden Karsten was RIGHT in front of my camera.  Photo bomb by Karsten.
