Superbowl

We've never been big on Superbowl festivities - but it's a good excuse to make some yummy food that we don't always make.

Scott smoked ribs and they turned out delicious!


We were eating dinner while the superbowl was starting.  Karsten was listening carefully because he said he had to stand up when the America song was on.  He stood for America the beautiful, and when Lady Gaga sang the Star Spangled Banner, he put his hand on his chest and stood there silently.  So proud of him - we didn't tell him to do this, he just wanted to be respectful!
