Sushi

Scott and I love sushi and we've taken Karsten with us several times. When he was little, we would bring baby food for him to eat and now that he's eating the same things we are, we usually order him a roll with cooked shrimp, imitation crab and veggies. We take it apart for him and he gets to eat sushi just like us!

Today he wasn't too into the sushi until we gave him a pair of chopsticks so he could pretend to eat like Mommy and Daddy.

Scott helping Karsten use his chopsticks to eat his sushi. Karsten also grabbed some of the pickled ginger off our plate and took a big bite. We watched him carefully because we were sure he would hate it. He said 'want moooore' and proceeded to eat almost the entire pile of pickled ginger.
