18 Month Pics

We went to Portrait Innovations to have Karsten's 18 month pictures taken. I thought it would be less busy after Christmas, boy was I wrong. We didn't have to wait too long; however, they were sooo busy! I was VERY impressed with the guy that was our photographer. I think we'll definetely request Matt if we go back again. Watching other people look at their pictures, I think the quality of your pics really depend on who your photographer was.

We purchased enough pictures that we were able to get the CD of images (big surprise, eh)?! I just can't imagine leaving somewhere knowing that in a few days all of my pictures will be gone and I'll never have the opportunity to have them printed again.

I call this one his 'school picture' - doesn't it look like it belongs in a yearbook? He looks so grown up!

You'll notice that blue ball in a lot of our pictures - he wouldn't let go of it. Hey - whatever gets a good picture, right?

These are from the bag o 100 balls that Uncle Kevin and Aunt Nancy gave Karsten for Christmas. I think the photographer was a little concerned when I told him what I was thinking with the balls - but I think it turned out great!

The photographer thought maybe Karsten would sit in the bathtub - not so much, he didn't really like the tub.

This is one of my favorites, but unfortunately once it printed we discovered that it was blurry as we had feared. :(

Once he spotted this soccer ball he wanted to play with it. The photographer tried to get him to throw the ball. It took a few attempts but then we got the next picture.
