Legos are always a favorite - he probably played with those for most of the time. Plus, cleaning up legos is fun because you get to toss them into the container when we're cleaning up, or as Karsten likes to say "away".
Next he dug out this push toy he hadn't played with for a while and ran around the room pushing this little cart.
Cooking some food for Dad - this is a hamburger.
And then we're off to the Weebles Treehouse. The musical wheel seems to mesmerize him because he'll turn it around and around and around...
A slight pause to admire the Christmas tree - yes it was still up. No worries, we took it down shortly after this. I'm all about stretching the holiday out as much as possible!
A quick game of catch. Sorry for the blur - it's hard to throw a ball and hold the camera steady at the same time.
Then we built a fort between two chairs using a quilt - Karsten thought it was funny to poke his head in on one side and see us peeking through on the other.
To wind down we wanted to watch a short movie that came with one of Karsten's games. It was nice to all cuddle under the quilt and watch. Karsten didn't get that we wanted him to look at the camera - he would instead look at whichever one of us that was trying to get his attention.
Overall, a great night!
