I took Liam in for his one year well check, and he is doing great. Since we had just been at the dr a few weeks ago and he got a breathing treatment, he remembered and instantly started to cry when we walked in the room. He calmed down after he got weighed and measured, then was entertained by the paper on the table while we waited for the doctor.
He showed the doctor all of his party tricks - walking, babbling and trying to climb the stairs up the table. She took a peek at his eight teeth, heard about what he eats and encouraged us to end the bottles (I know, I know, but I like the last bottle and rocking at bedtime).
He weighed 27lbs, 5oz which is in the 98+ percentile. He's 30.5 inches tall which is the 75th percentile and his head was 19 inches which was in the 96th percentile. Wondering how this compares to Karsten at one? They have the same size of head and are the same height, but Liam has 2.5lbs on Karsten! No wonder he's wearing clothes that Karsten wore at 18months!
