Having snacks with grandma while we were waiting for the rehearsal to get started. I told her that there were dried bananas and dried mangos in my bag if she wanted those. Almonds and crackers were much more interesting to the boys.
I don't have any pictures of Karsten and the flower girl, Brenna, walking in during the rehearsal because I was in the back of the church with Karsten (without my camera). JEEZ, poor planning on my part!
Brett and her dad, Dave, practicing their grand entrance.
The minister giving directions and telling Brett and Michael about the ceremony.
The rehearsal dinner was at a restaurant on one of the top floors of a building downtown. There was a great view of the University of Nebraska stadium as well as all of the buildings downtown.
Liam hanging out with Grandma.
Karsten had a great time with Cami - she was so good with him and he thought she was the coolest. He tried to swipe the cherry out of her drink so she went to the bar and got him some cherries of his own.
He was one happy guy! I had visions of red spots all over his white shirt, but he did a great job and didn't wear any of the cherries (or cherry juice).
It was a very long day and the boys did a fantastic job. We kept them out way past their bedtime and they ate dinner well past their normal time but they rallied and were well behaved and had a great time!
