Christmas Countdown - Day 6 {Visiting Santa}

Each year, my employer hosts a holiday party for employees' children.  They have Santa and Mrs. Claus, cookies, and tokens to play all sort of games at Zonkers.

It's fun to see how the pictures have changed over the years.  You'll notice that Scott and I made it into quite a few pictures with Santa when one of the boys was afraid of Santa.  This year, it was Liam that is afraid of Santa and wouldn't go anywhere near him.  He clung to Scott and wouldn't even look at the camera.  Here are our past pics - 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009.

Karsten was very thorough in telling Santa that he had been a good boy and what he would like for Christmas - Legos and a superhero watch.

Mrs. Claus tried to see if Liam would tell Santa what he wanted for Christmas, but Liam had a vice grip on Scott and was not going anywhere near Santa.

After pictures were over, the 'elf' gave the boys each a candy cane.  They love candy canes and chomp down on them rather than sucking on them.  It makes Scott cringe, but that's how I like to eat hard candy too.

I thought maybe I could get a brother's picture while they finished their candy canes - silly me!

After Santa, Liam made a beeline to this horse to go for a ride.  If you look at 2010 (linked above), you will see a picture of Kartsten around this age on the same horse.

Karsten wasn't too crazy about going on the train, but he agreed since Liam wanted to ride.

Karsten loved this Stomping game.  There are a few different versions that kept him busy.

Liam wanted to play all sorts of games and wasn't too happy when they were too hard for him!

It was another fun morning at the annual holiday party.  Can't wait for next year!
