Saturday at the market

We figured since we were up bright and early this morning, we may as well head out and get some fresh fruit and veggies at the market.

We worked up an appetite shopping so we had lunch at our favorite middle eastern restaurant.  Karsten likes the pita bread, hummus and gryo meat.  I think we snuck in a few tomatoes and he really liked eating the Arabic rice on Scott's plate.  I SO wish this place sold a seasoning packet for it or a bag of this rice - I LOVE it and would enjoy having it more often at home.

Karsten spotted this balloon guy as soon as we walked into the market.  We told him if he was a good boy, listened to us and ate a good lunch we could get a balloon animal.  As soon as we walked out of lunch, he asked if he had been a good boy and could have a balloon animal.

He got to choose his animal and what color of balloon it would be.  He chose a yellow dinosaur.

When will I learn that 'say cheese' gives me this funny face?

Although it looks like he's crying, his dinosaur is roaring.
