Ice Cream

We ended a fun few days with Grandma and Grandpa with a trip to Dairy Queen.  Liam hasn't been interested in ice cream lately (what the heck is that all about?!), so he got a star Popsicle.  Unfortunately, he clutched it in his little hand while we waited to pay, so when we got to our seats, it was a bit squishy and drippy.  By the time he finished eating, Liam, Scott and I were all wearing some of the red Popsicle.

Karsten thought the popsicle seemed like a good idea so he chose a red, white and blue star Popsicle. He finished it before Grandma and Grandpa's ice cream sundaes arrived.  He managed to sweet talk Grandma out of some of her ice cream. Lucky guy!

My best attempt at a picture of Karsten with Grandma and Grandpa.  He kept hearing us say Dairy Queen and he thought we were saying Dirty Queen.  When we left, he said, 'That Dirty Queen was pretty good!'

The boys wanted to play outside when we got home, but after a few minutes it was time to go inside and get ready for bed.  Luckily, Grandma helped convince the boys to go inside with a race - READY, SET, GOOOO!
