The giant toothbrush is a hit with all the kids. I think we managed to keep it out of Liam's mouth, this one was a close call, but we caught it in time.

The boys did a great job of brushing the teeth of the stuffed animals.

Who knew the dentist was this much fun?

Karsten was going to go first to show Liam how it was done and not scary. Karsten wasn't happy with the movie that was on, so he asked the technician if she could change the channel. Once all was right again, he got situated in the chair; however, he wasn't to sure about the tools she was going to use in his mouth and wanted to get down from the chair. She was great and took time to show him each item and how it would feel before it went in his mouth.

Liam just kept brushing the horses teeth, he wasn't paying much attention to what Karsten was doing. I love how his mouth is open showing the horse how its done.

I didn't get a picture of the dentist checking Liam's teeth since I was holding him when the doctor looked at his teeth. Liam wouldn't open his mouth too wide; however, the dentist said he was able to get enough of a look inside his mouth. I'm not so sure what he could see, but I guess he's the expert! Next time he should be more familiar and we'll try to encourage him to let them clean his teeth.
When we left, each boy got a popsicle, balloon and a token to get something out of the toy vending machine. Luckily, they both chose bouncy balls so there shouldn't be any argument over the balls until one of the balls is lost.
It was a great trip to the dentist, they both did wonderfully.
