Welcome Jingles

Last year, I knew we wanted to start Elf on the Shelf but I think the standard Elf is kind of creepy, so when I found this guy, I knew he would be our elf.

I borrowed this note from one that someone posted on Facebook and adapted it a bit to work for our family.


Jingles waited to be discovered on the fireplace with his note.  When Karsten discovered him the next morning (with some prompting), he said JINGLES! and ran to find Liam to show him who had arrived. Later in the day, we found Karsten standing in front of the fireplace and talking to Jingles.  He was telling him his wish list so he could pass it along to Santa.
