Christmas Countdown - Day 5 {Footprint craft}

Today was inspired by all of the handprint crafts I've seen on Facebook and Pinterest.  What a better way to capture your kids age than with creative use of their footprint or handprint.  Today we were going to turn their feet prints into Mistletoes.  :)  Since Karsten doesn't like to get dirty, he initially refused to participate.  However, after we did Liam's footprint, he realized it wasn't too bad and decided to go ahead and give it a try.

The end result while they are drying.  I had a bit too much paint on Liam's and didn't allow enough room on the paper for the size of Karsten's feet, but oh well, they turned out pretty cute in my opinion.


We took Liam's pants off before we took his feet prints and he had no interest in putting them back on once we were done.


No clue what he was surprised about, but I love this picture!
