- He's stubborn and doesn't like to be told no (really, who likes being told no?)
- He wants to try to go down the stairs forward like Karsten does. He sits on his bottom and scoots down the stairs, but I caught him reaching for the railing like he was going to hold onto it to come downstairs.
- Lately, he doesn't like to have his coat put on. He'll throw himself backwards and try to avoid putting it on. Once its on, he's happy again.
- He's starting to want a little blanket I made him when he goes to bed at night. I won't lie - that makes me happy.
- He's starting to enjoy books more and has definite opinions about which books he wants to read at bedtime.
- He has a sweet tooth. When we're in the kitchen near where we keep snacks, he'll come running (literally), grab our legs and start saying 'DA', 'DA' and whining/crying. He's usually placated when we left him up and show him that we don't have any food.
- He's a good eater and will try most anything.
- He wants to do whatever Karsten is doing. If Karsten gets a dumptruck and runs around the house, Liam is right behind him.
- He has learned that sheep say 'baaa' and has his own version of 'baaa' when we read the animal book at bedtime.
- He loves music. He will be standing still and if music is played, he'll sway from side to side or start bopping up and down. He gets a big smile on his face as well - it's pretty cute.
- He's learning to use a fork and spoon. He's mastering the fork, but Madison often eats more food from his spoon than he does since it flies off on the way to his mouth.
- We think he can say 'thanks'. It sounds more like 'tssss' but he says it at the appropriate time. :)
